When negotiating a real estate contract you should set clear goals for yourself. Try to get the most ideal property which does not require any renovations. Try to clinch a good price and close the deal at the earliest. You should either move in or move out of the property within the stipulated time period mentioned in the contract. Ensure that the possession date is within thirty days. Reach at a common level where the seller decides to pay for searching the title and the buyer for the appraisal.
